VT307 Series 3 Port Solenoid Valve

The VT307 series is a high-performance 3-port direct operated poppet type solenoid valve, engineered for reliable and efficient pneumatic control in modern industrial automation systems. With a compact body design (30mm x 54.5mm x 33mm), this series delivers an impressive flow capacity (Cv value up to 0.71) while saving valuable installation space in control cabinets and equipment.

This valve series features outstanding energy-saving performance, with a standard power consumption of 4W and an optimized energy-saving version as low as 1.8W, reducing long-term operating costs without compromising switching performance. It supports a wide operating pressure range from 0 to 0.7MPa (standard type), and vacuum-specific models are compatible with environments down to -101.2 kPa, making it suitable for both positive pressure pneumatic control and vacuum suction/breaking applications.

Thanks to its universal porting design, a single VT307 valve can realize up to 6 different valve functions via flexible piping configuration, including normally closed (N.C.), normally open (N.O.), divider valve, and selector valve, greatly reducing inventory and model selection complexity for users. The main valve adopts HNBR sealing material, which provides excellent low-concentration ozone resistance and long-term reliable sealing performance, ensuring stable operation in harsh working conditions.

The series offers full configuration options to meet diverse application needs, including body ported type and manifold type (matching VV307 manifold bases), multiple electrical entry options (grommet direct lead wire, DIN terminal), and rated voltage options covering DC12V, DC24V, AC110V, and AC220V. With a fast response time of ≤20ms, a maximum operating frequency of 10Hz, and high shock/vibration resistance (150/50 m/s²), it maintains stable performance in high-cycle continuous operation scenarios.
