MHY2 / HFR 180° Angular Pneumatic Finger Cylinder (Air Gripper)
MHY2 (also known as HFR) series 180° fulcrum open/close pneumatic gripper (double-acting), cam-driven mechanism for stable, powerful clamping. Repeat accuracy ±0.2mm, operating pressure 0.1–0.6MPa, temperature range -10°C to +60°C. Bore sizes: 10/16/20/25mm (models: MHY2-10D, 16D, 20D, 25D / HFR10, 16, 20, 25).
Hard anodized aluminum body, stainless steel fingers (standard), compact & lightweight design. Built-in magnetic ring for 4-position auto-switch mounting (D-M9 compatible). Prevents dust ingress, multi-surface mounting, long service life.
Ideal for automated pick-and-place, robotic assembly, packaging, electronics manufacturing, and angular gripping applications requiring wide 180° jaw rotation. SMC type interchangeable, high performance, cost-effective replacement.
