HOEN MHZ2 and JMHZ2 series parallel pneumatic air grippers are compatible high-precision clamping actuators, designed for automated workpiece handling and positioning in industrial production lines. The classic MHZ2 parallel air gripper is the industry-standard model, featuring synchronous parallel opening/closing structure to ensure uniform clamping force, avoiding damage to workpieces. It offers high positioning repeatability, wide bore size options and stable performance under continuous operation, widely trusted for medium-load handling tasks.
The upgraded JMHZ2 parallel air gripper is an optimized compact version, with a 20% smaller body and lighter weight compared to standard MHZ2, while maintaining sufficient clamping force. It is perfect for tight installation spaces in small automated equipment, miniature manipulators and 3C electronic processing machines.
Both series support adjustable stroke to adapt to workpieces of different sizes, and are fully compatible with proximity sensors for real-time open/close position detection. Built with lightweight high-strength aluminum alloy body and wear-resistant seals, they ensure long service life and low maintenance cost.
