The MBL Series is a high-performance, lightweight aluminum alloy mini pneumatic cylinder engineered for precision linear motion in space-constrained industrial automation. Designed with a durable extruded aluminum barrel and robust riveted rolling-pack construction connecting front/rear covers, it ensures exceptional structural reliability and long service life under continuous operation.


Offering double-acting (MBL) and single-acting (MSBL/MTBL) configurations, the series delivers smooth, responsive actuation with a standard operating pressure of 0.15–1.0 MPa. The MBLC variant features adjustable air cushioning to absorb end-of-stroke impact, reduce noise, and enhance machinery stability, while standard models include fixed rubber bumpers. The piston utilizes an advanced (special-shaped two-way seal) for compactness, excellent grease retention, and maintenance-free (non-lube) performance.
With 6 bore sizes (20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63 mm) and extensive stroke options, the MBL series caters to diverse application requirements. It provides exceptional installation flexibility with FA flange, LB foot, SDB foot mounts, and dual rear cover styles (U flat-end, CA pivot). The series is fully magnetic switch compatible for precise position feedback, supporting seamless integration into automated control systems.
