The KASRY Nesting programming system is employed as the primary programming tool. Based on the AutoCAD platform, this software is user-friendly, features intuitive graphics, and offers rich functionality, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

High-end three-dimensional flexible robotic cutting is applied to achieve bevel cutting functionality, with both the pipe and the cutting torch utilizing servo positioning.

Applications:

Capable of cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other pipes and profiles, such as: pipes, round pipes, oval pipes, rectangular pipes, H-beams, I-beams, angle steel, channel steel, etc. The equipment is widely used in various pipe and profile processing fields, including shipbuilding, network structures, steel industries, marine engineering, and oil and gas pipelines.
