The DGC rodless cylinder adopts a mechanically jointed coupling structure, featuring an ultra-compact narrow profile that is 30% slimmer than standard models. It supports multiple guide options including plain bearing and recirculating ball bearing, achieving zero guide backlash and excellent torque resistance for medium to heavy loads. With an extra-long stroke capability up to 8500mm, it is ideal for large-scale conveying, heavy transfer and positioning systems. It also offers optional NSF-H1 food-grade lubricant, making it suitable for food and packaging industries.
The DGP rodless cylinder uses non-contact magnetically coupled drive, enabling zero external air leakage and clean operation, perfect for dust-free and cleanroom environments. Its ultra-flat design further saves installation space, while optional built-in displacement encoder supports high-precision positioning down to ±0.2mm. It provides smooth, low-friction movement for light to medium load precision automation tasks.
Both series feature multiple cushioning options (elastic, pneumatic, hydraulic) to reduce impact and noise, compatibility with proximity sensors for position detection, and flexible mounting interfaces for easy integration into various automated equipment. They are widely used in automotive assembly, packaging lines, material handling, electronic processing and cleanroom automation systems.
