The AirTAC type STWA & STWB Series are high-performance dual-axis dual-rod slide cylinders, core products of the STW series, engineered to meet the high-load and high-precision linear motion needs in automated production. The two series share the core advantages of dual piston rods, boasting excellent structural strength and stable operating performance, with differentiated structural designs to adapt to different scenarios: STWA is a standard dual-axis dual-rod slide cylinder, suitable for general automation scenarios; STWB is a derived type, optimized on the basis of the standard type to adapt to more complex installation layouts. Both have good anti-bending and anti-torsion capabilities, can bear large motion loads and lateral loads, and are suitable for precision positioning, clamping, transferring and other tasks in various industrial scenarios.

    • STWA Series: Standard dual-axis dual-rod slide cylinder with a simple and practical structure, optimized for general automated production scenarios, suitable for most conventional installation layouts, with outstanding cost performance, widely used in various automated production lines.

    • STWB Series: Derived dual-axis dual-rod slide cylinder, optimized in structural design on the basis of the STWA standard type, with stronger installation flexibility, suitable for the installation needs of special equipment, balancing practicality and adaptability.

  • Action Type: Standard double-acting design, with stable and uniform bidirectional output force, smooth operation without impact, suitable for high-frequency cyclic work scenarios and long-term continuous operation, meeting the efficient operation needs of automated production lines.

  • Bore & Stroke: Bore sizes available: 10mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm; standard stroke range from 25mm to 150mm (varies by bore size), non-standard strokes can be customized on request. Common standard stroke specifications are 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm.

  • Guide Structure: Adopting a dual piston rod structure with precision guide design, it provides excellent anti-bending and anti-torsion rigidity, can bear large motion loads and lateral loads, ensures no deviation during movement, high guide precision, and extends the service life of the equipment.

  • Flexible Mounting: Both the slider and the cylinder body can be installed, adapting to multiple installation methods, and can be fixed without additional brackets; the cylinder body is reserved with multiple mounting holes, facilitating convenient integration with various fixtures and equipment, and greatly improving installation efficiency.

  • Sensor Compatibility: The piston is built with a permanent magnet, and magnetic switch assembly slots are reserved around the cylinder body, which can directly install AirTAC standard magnetic switches. Installation, fixation and position adjustment are convenient, realizing accurate induction and detection of the cylinder's movement position.

    • Operating Pressure: 0.15–0.7MPa (suitable for most industrial air pressure environments)

    • Temperature Range: -20℃~+70℃ (suitable for conventional industrial working environments, high-temperature seals can be customized for higher temperature working conditions)

    • Speed Range: 50–500mm/s, smooth operation, speed can be adjusted according to needs.

    • Proof Pressure: 1.2MPa, reliable structural strength, can withstand a certain pressure impact.

    • Fluid: Filtered air; adopts oil-impregnated self-lubricating bearings, no additional lubrication required, reducing maintenance costs and improving usability.

  • Cushioning Design: Equipped with oil pressure shock absorbers or rubber buffer gaskets as standard, which can effectively reduce the impact speed of the piston at the end of the stroke, eliminate collision noise, protect cylinder components, and extend service life.

  • Adjuster & Piping Options: Three sets of air inlets and outlets are provided to facilitate on-site piping layout; the cylinder end is equipped with adjustable screws, which can realize adjustable stroke within the stroke range; the interface specifications are compatible with conventional industrial threads, optional PT, G, NPT threads, adapting to the needs of different regions.
